    1. This membership entitles the client to one (1) single process retouch per month (Application only).

    2. Services do not roll over if not used during that month. For members who come every 4 weeks, there may be a month where two visits fall within the same billing cycle. In that case, the second retouch will be offered for 50% off. Additional face frame/Part line touch ups are $35.

    3.  Non-Transferable:
       Membership benefits may only be used by the individual listed above and are not transferable to any other person.

    4. Add-On Services:
      Optional services such as blow outs and glosses may be added at the special member rate.

    5. Scheduling:
      Appointments are subject to stylist availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred times.

    6. Cancellations:
      Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session for that month.

    7. Payment Terms:
      Monthly memberships will be automatically billed to the card on file. Annual plans are charged in full at time of enrollment.

    Cancellation Policy:
    To cancel your membership, 30 days written notice is required prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
