CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unavoidable circumstances come up and you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a charge of 25% of the scheduled service. A late or missed appointment may incur a charge of 25% of the scheduled service. “No call, no shows” will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
